Browse our collection, select your items, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. You can shop directly on our website, and order confirmation is sent immediately after purchase.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. Prices include GST, so no additional taxes at checkout. Payment is processed securely.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Contact us via email or phone. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

We offer free carbon-neutral delivery on all orders over $150 NZD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 NZD applies. Carbon-neutral delivery is included. Flat rate applies to orders under $150.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within New Zealand, depending on your location. Dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery 2-5 business days.

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Shipping limited to New Zealand addresses.

We offer 30-day exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. If you need a different size or color, simply contact us to arrange an exchange. 30-day exchange period. Items must be unworn with tags.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll provide instructions for returning the item. Contact via email or phone. Return shipping may be at customer's cost unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if an item is faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Refunds only for faulty or incorrect items.

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a slimmer fit, depending on your preference. Consider fabric stretch and intended fit.

We use natural fabrics like merino wool blends, organic cotton, and linen. These fabrics are durable, breathable, and easy to care for. Link to Fabric Guide for details.

Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Generally, we recommend cold machine wash and line dry to preserve fabric quality. Cold wash and line dry recommended.
